The Prospects team is building tools that help sales reps have meaningful conversations at the right time -- once buyers are already engaged and looking for more information.
The Prospects tool taps into HubSpot’s analytics pipeline to discover when specific companies are visiting a site or specific pages so reps are empowered to know who is curious and expressing purchasing intent.
We’re still early in nailing the product/market fit for Prospects. While we’ve gotten the core of the product down -- delivering real-time notifications using our analytics pipeline, Kafka, and ElasticSearch percolators -- we’re just scratching the surface of how we can give reps more power from the HubSpot platform.
