We are looking for creators who can build products that our customers love. The challenge for you will involve understanding, and building for, an unforgiving consumer who invests a lot of trust into the product YOU will build. Your product will be used by thousands.

You believe in:
- Code must be beautiful. Best practices are not meant for just conferences.
- Design reviews, Writing Stories, Coding Modules, Code Reviews, Unit Testing are what we will usually find you doing.
- You might not be familiar with every tool for development, but you're a fast learner and you can pick up technologies fast.
- Your code is your word, and you swear by it. If it’s not useable you probably didn’t write it. But even heroes make mistakes and you like to correct yours.
Your must know (one or more):
- Ruby, Ruby on Rails
- Javascript, Node.js
- Android Development
You may know:
Datastores - MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis
Front End - jQuery, Bootstrap/Zurb Foundation, Angular.js/ React.js/Ember.js, SASS
Testing - Rspec, Capybara, Jasmine
Cloud/Deployments - Capistrano, Chef, AWS, EC2, Heroku
What you should have done:
- You believe in awesome and not just good enough.
- You have 2-10 years of experience in using Ruby / Rails.
- You have used TDD methodology for the past 2-6 years.
- You are familiar with the powers of scalable cloud systems: Linux, Amazon EC2, HTTP and RESTful Web services.
- You can handle front-end, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTML5 easily.
- Other developers normally ask you about the latest when it comes to application development.
