Travel Republic a leading, global travel eCommerce currently seeking technologist Front End Developer(s) to design and develop greenfield and existing applications for their B2C website and mobile platforms (60% is new development). The website currently receives 1 million unique visitors p/week / 600 requests a second and is highly transactional.
The company is technology driven (directors have technical backgrounds) and is constantly seeking to stay at the forefront of technical advancement, as a JavaScript / Angualr.js Front End Developer you will be encouraged to use the best tool for the job and innovate, making recommendations for technology selection and learning on the job. The team is currently embarking on a new project to completely re-engineer the entire Front End transforming it to a single page application.
Offices based in South West London / Surrey (Kingston-upon-Thames). You will be working in an informal, collegiate team environment (casual dress code, regular beers on Friday, Christmas party etc.).
